Do I need equity?

Not necessarily. Depending on the bank, income and credit profile, different financing models are possible — in some cases with little or no equity. What is realistic in your case is something we clarify in the initial consultation.

Do I already need to own property?

No. Many of our clients start with their very first investment property. That is exactly what the guidance is for.

Can I invest as an employee?

Yes. Employees with a regular income in particular often have good conditions for financing.

What happens if an apartment stands empty?

Vacancy is a real risk. That is why we consider location, rental demand and reserves from the start — and plan in a buffer. There is no guarantee against vacancy.

How does the financing work?

Usually through a bank that finances a large part of the purchase price. The rent covers a substantial part of the instalment. We support you in arranging suitable financing.

What are the risks?

As with any investment, there are risks — for example interest-rate changes, vacancy, value fluctuations or unexpected costs. We talk about them openly so you can make an informed decision.
